Some “eucalyptus” bedding is lyocell blended with polyester or cotton, because blends cost less to make. Polyester holds heat. The Glide is 100% eucalyptus lyocell.

Finer thread, thinner fabric, less trapped heat.
Fine bedding usually uses 40s–80s yarn.
GLIDEWEAVE™ is woven from 100s.
Yarn count is how fine the thread is. The higher the number, the finer the thread. Fine bed sheets are usually woven from 40s to 80s yarn. GLIDEWEAVE™ is woven from 100s. Finer thread makes a thinner, smoother fabric. Heat and moisture pass through it faster, so less heat stays against your cheek.
